Therefore, in order to reduce friction and wear of sliding bearings of high-voltage motors, various requirements are imposed on the bearing material. In addition to requiring a small coefficient of friction between friction pairs, and not afraid of grinding, the following points should be met:
1. It should have sufficient compressive strength, fatigue strength and ability to withstand load.
2. Bearing alloy thickness is (0.013-0.13) mm.
3. Good anti-adhesion. When the load is large, the speed is fast, the bearing gap is too small, the surface finish is not strong, and the lubrication is poor, it is necessary to carefully select the matching of materials to avoid the adhesion and friction of the friction pair.
4, have the ability to adapt and tolerate foreign bodies.
5. The material with small hardness, good plasticity and low elastic coefficient has good adaptability and ability to tolerate foreign objects, good corrosion resistance, low price and sufficient source.
6, after the formation of colloidal deposits from oxidation, it has an erosion effect on the bearing repair material. The common materials used in Xima motor bearings and bearing linings are divided into two categories: metal materials and non-metal materials. The above features can improve the life of the motor in all directions.

Precautions for repairing sliding bearing bushes of high-voltage motors

Since the recent period of time, the hotspots that people are most concerned about are concentrated in the industrial field, because accidents caused by bearing failures have occurred from time to time. In this regard, many people in the industry have paid great attention. In order to further ensure safe construction, they have put the bearing repair work to a very high position. The implementation of this work must not be negligent, and must be paid enough attention. A basic job requires great patience. There are also high requirements for related maintenance personnel, and sufficient theoretical foundation must be mastered, which is good for maintenance work.
Then, in the specific implementation process, which points should we pay attention to?
First of all, the relevant test standards should be clearly defined, and then one-by-one measurement should be performed according to these standards.
Secondly, it is the most basic requirement to confirm what you want to check, otherwise you will have a blind sense of lack of purpose.
Finally, when determining the inspection plan, we must analyze the specific problems. Only in this way can we ensure the accuracy of the results, instead of blindly testing all products, which will lead to large errors.

The bearing bush should be carefully and truly inspected for damage. If the alloy of the bearing bush is melted, dropped, scratched, or damaged by excessive weight (alloy thickness is less than 0.3 mm), or the surface of the bearing steel back and seat hole is less than 75% should be replaced with new tiles.
After the bearing bush is inserted into the seat hole, it is necessary to carefully check the damage of the bearing bush. If the alloy of the bearing bush is melted, peeled, scratched, or excessively worn (alloy thickness is less than 0.3 mm), or the bearing steel back and the seat hole are fitted If the surface is less than 75 percent, a new tile should be used. After being installed in the seat hole, the end face of the bearing bush must be a certain height H above the plane of the seat hole to ensure that the fit between the bearing bush and the seat hole has an appropriate interference amount. Generally, H is from 0.5 to 0.1 mm.
If the H value is too small, there is a seam in the joints of the bearing pads, the bearing pads are easy to loose, the fitting is poor, the seat holes are damaged, and the bearing pads are fatigued to fall and melt. If the H value is too large, the bearing pads are prone to deformation, and The normal cooperation of the journal was damaged, and even caused the bush to burn. Therefore, attention must be paid to its height during assembly. When the height is too large, the bearing can be repaired by file or sandpaper; if the height is too small, the tile should be re-arranged or the seat hole should be repaired.
